TERMS OF USE

1. Reservations
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and acceptance of the hotel’s accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
The posted prices include all legal taxes, they are in euros, per night

2. Advance payments
In order to confirm a reservation, an advance payment by bank deposit to one of the bank accounts you will receive by Mail upon your request is required. A proof of this transaction must be sent to our email.
The deposit of the advance payment and the sending of the corresponding proof must be done within the time period defined by the reservation manager of Sunrise Villas and notified to you after submitting the reservation form via email.
In any case where the management is not informed about the reservation or an advance payment is not deposited accompanied by the sending of the corresponding proof, the management has the right to cancel the reservation without further information.
Reservations: For reservations without a duration of stay, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm it and the remaining 50% 1 day before check-in

3. Cancellation Policy
The management of the accommodation asks customers to inform us as soon as possible and in writing to our e-mail about any changes or cancellations regarding their reservation.
>> In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 29 days after the scheduled arrival (check in) there is no financial charge and the advance payment is returned (in addition to the 10 euros charged as tax for any commissions, etc.).
>> For cancellations of reservations less than 30 days and up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival (check in), the customer is charged 50% of the deposit he has deposited. The remaining 50% is returned.
>> In case of cancellation of reservations less than 7 days after the scheduled arrival or no-show at the hotel, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellations amid the COVID-19 pandemic In the event that government decisions related to the pandemic prohibit or restrict free movement or the ability to enter the country, and you are therefore forced to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded 100% of the deposit (bound only any bank fees charged to our accommodation).

4. Arrival / Departure
Arrival and departure times, unless otherwise agreed, are as follows: Arrival (check in): 14:00 or laterDeparture (check out): 11:00
The possibility of extending your departure time after 11:00 depends on the occupancy of the hotel and is subject to an additional charge upon agreement.

5. Children and extra beds
A baby cot is provided at no extra charge upon notification or request on the relevant booking form.

6. Pets
Sunrise villas accepts pets upon notification as long as the following conditions are met:
They must be supervised by the guests while the pets are in the common areas, in order to ensure the hygiene and safety of these areas
Pets must not be left alone inside the rooms.
Pets are not allowed in the pools
Please be understanding in the event that, if a pet causes a justifiable nuisance to a customer of the accommodation, the management is forced to refuse further accommodation of your pet.

7. Room Damage
In the case of damage to a room or other property of our accommodation, the management has the right to charge for the damage suffered.
The management will demand the immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer, otherwise it reserves all its legal rights.

8. Smoking Policy
Smoking is expressly prohibited inside our villas. relevant signage is also posted inside the houses and there is a smoke detector.

9. Force Majeure
Our accommodation does not bear any responsibility in the event that it cannot fulfill its obligations to the customer, in whole or in part, due to cases of force majeure (indicative strikes, fire, floods, acts of terrorism, etc.)

10. Loss of Personal Items
Each customer is responsible throughout their stay at our accommodation for the safekeeping of their personal and/or valuable items.
The accommodation is not responsible for any loss or destruction of them.
For the other objects brought to the hotel by each customer, the accommodation is exempted from any responsibility if the damage or loss is due to its own negligence or that of the persons who stay with him, visit him or are in his service.
In addition, the accommodation is not responsible if the loss or damage is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or peculiar nature of the object.

11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Greek Law and the competent authority for the resolution of any dispute arising from them is exclusively the courts.
